There’s something special about a quiet morning of yoga on Kiawah Island’s 10 mile flat beach!
Hit the beach early on Labor Day weekend for morning yoga on the beach. With a combination of Hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga, enjoy a session with long, gentle poses combined with breathing techniques.
Perfect for beginners and intermediate-level participants. Mats are provided. Please bring water and sunscreen.
Held on the beach in front of the Sanctuary Hotel. $20/person.
