This annual tradition is one of the most celebrated events of the year. \n\n\n\n\n\nFriends and family gather at Sanctuary Beach for the festivities.\nThe show starts at 9:15 pm. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFriendly reminder: The town of Kiawah prohibits the discharging of fireworks on the island\, except for Sparklers. This applies to property owners and visitors\, who will be ticketed if found in violation.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnnual Patriotic Bike Parade\nThis family tradition kicks off the Independence Festival on July 4. \nThe parade begins on Sea Forest Drive and finishes at Night Heron Park. \n\n Bike Decorating\n Parade \n East Beach Village\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe celebration continues with the Independence Day Festival in the Park.  \nJoin your Kiawah Island neighbors for the Annual Bike Parade at Night Heron Park\, followed by festivities including live music\, carnival games\, inflatables\,  and a photo booth. \nRed\, White & Blue Celebration\nWatch the fireworks show on Sanctuary Beach\, which starts at approximately 9:15 p.m. There’s nothing better than watching a beautiful and colorful display with your family to celebrate our country’s independence.
